“Diritto dello Sport” is an open acces Sport Law Journal founded in 2007 and it is published online twice a year from 2020. Under the direction of Prof. Carlo Bottari the Journal hosts scientific articles onto the most interesting topics relating to the organization, and to the performance of sports and motor activities, with a natural preference for the legal field. The articles are published in the original language (Italian, English, Spanish, French) in order to open the debate also to lawyers and scholars of other legal systems. Next to the Journal there is a collection of books, which guest long essays and studies for create a complete debate on Sport and Motor activities Law issues. On the website there is also a section for news with comments and insights on the most current issues and recent regulatory changes.
